Man, even if this isn’t real, it’s something I witnessed first hand, because I knew an Indian girl in elementary school (South Carolina!) and watched people say this exact type of thing to her. She was like one of the only Indian people lots of us had ever seen, and the South is super-religious. It has to be so rough to be that person!
