duplo: Burgerville is a regional fast food chain in Oregon and southern Washington. They favor local ingredients and feature a different seasonal item each month. This month is strawberries, which means strawberry shortcake and… balsamic strawberry and goat cheese paninos! Pretty damn fancy for drive-thru food. Whoa, maybe I’ll get that for lunch tomorrow. Last month was a friend asparagus sandwich that did not quite look tasty enough.

This is true. Accounts have an indicator that shows how valuable a customer is / how important it is to keep them. If you have a high rating, reps will do more to save your account.
