You guys seemed to like my last customer service vent, so here’s another one:

When you send me an email requesting help and you mark it Urgent with that little urgent flag option, you look like a big jerk, similar to someone rushing into the DMV and pushing their way to the head of the line.

“Excuse me, everyone else, MY problem is IMPORTANT!”

Stop doing that.

Delia Derbyshire was an early genius of electronic music and worked for the BBC. Maybe you have heard of a show called “Dr. Who”? She made the theme song. Looks like she also invented techno.
